Tobacco and Electronic Cigarettes Under Fire in Europe

They may be incapable of arriving at common means to revive their collective economy, but when it comes to the safety of their kids, European leaders on Friday were able to reach what's being lauded as a landmark political agreement to regulate how tobacco products are produced, packaged and presented in the 27 member states of the European Union.
